All Sales Are Final
At Marpice, hygiene and quality are our priorities. As our products are personal care items, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please email hi@marpice.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Verification: Proof of damage (photos or video) is strictly required for review.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will happily arrange an exchange for the exact same item. We cannot exchange for different products or variants.
